Shipping Policy

Below is our shipping policy, which outlines how and when you will receive your order.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email is received. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Please note that during high-volume periods (such as sales, holidays, or new releases), processing times may be extended slightly.


2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping is free on all orders over £75 to the United Kingdom.

  • United Kingdom: 7–16 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays. All orders include tracked shipping so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.


3. Fulfilment

All orders to the United Kingdom are fulfilled through our UK warehouse and dispatched with tracked delivery. Any applicable import duties or taxes for UK orders are included in the product price — you will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our tracking page here.

If you do not receive a tracking number or have trouble tracking your order, please contact us at info@credonera.com.


5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you realize there's an error after placing your order, contact us immediately. We may be able to update the address if the order has not yet been shipped.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Please include photos of any damaged packaging or items when contacting us.


7. Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship to the United Kingdom. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses at this time.
